It spans many levels. On the first floor there is the entrance, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom (with bathtub). A simple stone stair leads to the second floor, with its wide hall furnished with a sofa and armchairs, the ideal place for a siesta away from the daytime heath; on a intermediate floor are two single beds. Another stair leads to a bedroom-study room with one bed, followed by another bedroom with a double bed. Here we have a bathroom based on the original closet, leaning on the “rua” to allow the user to flush on the outside... of course, it is now equipped with all modern comforts.

The price includes:
- VAT
- Use of the apartment, fully furnished, and the kitchen supplied with oven and all kitchenware
- Bed covers and quilts in winter
- Linen and towels, changed weekly
- Final cleaning of the apartment
- Use of hair dryer and TV (on request)
- Use of the unguarded parking lot

In winter time there is a € 15.00 / day supplement for heating.

In July and August the minimum stay is 4 days.
In the week ends of Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum stay is 3 days.
