Apartment for 3 people, with a double bed (divisible) and a sofa bed.
It is on the ground floor, and a stone arch separates it into day and night area. The table and benches have room for 12 people, so it can accommodate for dinner the people lodged in other apartments, too. The bathroom is very wide; there is also a changing room. You enter the kitchen through a characteristic low passage.
Before refurbishment it was a stable but now it is an ample and luminous room. A wide window opens on the panorama of the nearby valley.
The space on the outside is ideal to spend outdoors your free time.

The price includes:
- VAT
- Use of the apartment, fully furnished, and the kitchen supplied with all kitchenware
- Bed covers and quilts in winter
- Linen and towels, changed weekly
- Final cleaning of the apartment
- Washing machine, oven, hair dryer, TV (on request)
- Use of common spaces (with tables and chairs) and barbecue
- Use of the unguarded parking lot

In winter time there is a € 10.00 / day supplement for heating.

In July and August the minimum stay is 4 days.
In the week ends of Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum stay is 3 days.
