Charming small apartment for 2 people, with two separate beds which can be joined.
It is on the ground floor, and is composed from one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A wide opening with stone ramparts joins the two parts.
It was once used as a tool store. Also, housewives worked at the loom. Now, accurately renovated, it is the ideal setting for a placid stay in comfortable environments.
The external space is in common with “L’agrifoglio” and “Le rose”, supplied with tables, chairs and a barbecue.

 Special offers for hosts who remain at least 7 days, except from 25/07 to 20/08.

The price includes:
- VAT
- Use of the apartment, fully furnished, and the kitchen supplied with all kitchenware
- Bed covers and quilts in winter
- Linen and towels, changed weekly
- Final cleaning of the apartment
- Washing machine, oven, hair dryer, TV (on request)
- Use of common spaces (with tables and chairs) and barbecue
- Use of the unguarded parking lot

In winter time there is a € 10.00 / day supplement for heating.

In July and August the minimum stay is 4 days.
In the week ends of Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum stay is 3 days.
