An apartment for two people, with a very wide sofa bed allowing an extra person if needed.
Located on the first floor of the building, its entrance has a very characteristic arch. It is composed of a kitchen/dining room, a bathroom and a living room from which a wooden stairway leads to a intermediate floor with a double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa which can become, if needed, a small double bed.
The external space is in common with “L’agrifoglio” and “Le margherite”, supplied with tables, chairs and a barbecue.

 Special offers for hosts who remain at least 7 days, except from 25/07 to 20/08.

The price includes:
- VAT
- Use of the apartment, fully furnished, and the kitchen supplied with all kitchenware
- Bed covers and quilts in winter
- Linen and towels, changed weekly
- Final cleaning of the apartment
- Washing machine, oven, hair dryer, TV (on request)
- Use of common spaces (with tables and chairs) and barbecue
- Use of the unguarded parking lot

In winter time there is a € 10.00 / day supplement for heating.

In July and August the minimum stay is 4 days.
In the week ends of Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum stay is 3 days.
