Casa "La Rimessa" - Le Ginestre (brooms)
It spans two floors and is composed from a living room with a cooking space on the ground floor and a double bedroom with bathroom on the upper level. The living room has a sofa bed for two extra places, if needed. A small wine cellar / cupboard is cut into the rock.
The bedroom leads on the wide terrace, equipped with large sunshades, tables and seats, and to the lawn which it shares with the other apartments. From there, a gate leads to the characteristic Via Costarella.
On the ground floor there is a communicating door with “I Papaveri”, which can be opened on request in order to create a single apartment.

The price includes:
- VAT
- Use of the apartment, fully furnished, and the kitchen supplied with oven and all kitchenware
- Bed covers and quilts in winter
- Linen and towels, changed weekly
- Final cleaning of the apartment
- Use of hair dryer and TV (on request)
- Use of common spaces (with large sunshade, tables and chairs) and a portable barbecue
- Use of the unguarded parking lot

In winter time there is a € 15.00 / day supplement for heating.

In July and August the minimum stay is 4 days.
In the week ends of Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum stay is 3 days.
