This apartment has a living room with a cooking space, a bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds, and a big bathroom. The living room also has a small double sofa bed.
There is a communicating door with “La Ginestra”, which can be opened on request in order to create a single apartment.
The apartment has its entrance on the main road, has no steps and no architectural barriers and is fully accessible for people with limited mobility.

The price includes:
- VAT
- Use of the apartment, fully furnished, and the kitchen supplied with oven and all kitchenware
- Bed covers and quilts in winter
- Linen and towels, changed weekly
- Final cleaning of the apartment
- Use of a small electric oven, hair dryer and TV (on request)
- Use of common spaces (with large sunshade, tables and chairs) and a portable barbecue
- Use of the unguarded parking lot

In winter time there is a € 15.00 / day supplement for heating.

In July and August the minimum stay is 4 days.
In the week ends of Christmas, New Year and Easter the minimum stay is 3 days.
